SUP is short for Stand-Up-Padding or paddling standing. It has a lot of similarities with surfing. On windless days you can stand on a surfboard and move along with a paddle.[singlepic id=932w=300 h=200 float=left]
The sport has been around for many years now, but not in the way it is today. It is a sport that offers something for everyone. Whether you are young or old, everyone can learn it. Since the windsurfing boom in the 80s, it’s the new, fast-growing, trendy sport.
It is an incredible feeling to glide along over the water on an oversized surfboard. Continuously maintaining your balance is needed to stay on the surfboard.
