Advent Calendar Terms
- The competition starts daily at 9am and runs for 24 hours. The winners will be announced the following day at 10am.
- The organizer of the competition is KiteWorldWide GmbH in Hamburg.
- Any person aged 16 or over (18 or over for all travel prizes) and resident in Germany or other European countries is eligible to enter.
- Employees of KiteWorldWide GmbH and partner companies and their relatives may not participate.
- Cash payment or exchange of the prizes for another item or other prize is not possible. The prizes are not transferable. Entry is free of charge and takes place as follows: Click on "Like"/"Gefällt mir" and comment on the competition post. The winners will be determined randomly at 9 a.m. the following day and the winners will be notified within 3 working days of the end of the prize draw. If the winner is not available or does not report back within 2 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen. The prizes will only be sent within Germany and Austria.
- KiteWorldWide GmbH reserves the right to change, discontinue or suspend the competition in whole or in part without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or legal reasons. These circumstances include, for example, the occurrence of a computer virus, a program error, unauthorized third party intervention and technical problems beyond the control and influence.
- If participants violate the conditions of participation or provide incorrect information and attempt to influence the competition in an unfair manner, KiteWorldWide GmbH may exclude such individuals from participation without having to give reasons for this.
- The legal process is excluded. The organizer does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings of a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.
- The transmitted data of the participants (e-mail, name and address) will be used exclusively for the implementation and handling of the competition. The data protection guidelines of KiteWorldWide GmbH apply.
