The mirror-smooth shallow water of the lagoon is perfect for beginners, intermediates, and freestylers, but there is also a wave spot for wave beginners. On top of that, the wind blows strong and reliable. We grill at least once a week so that you can sit together comfortably after the sessions. Or there are excursions, for example to our favorite beach restaurant in the surfer village Jericoacoara.
Brazil: Préa– Kitesurfing in Winter
+ Breathtaking pousada
+ 15 km long sandy beach – Lots of space on the water
+ Largest Cabrinha kite school in North and South America
+ Most secure wind in all of Brazil
+ Only 15 min. from Jericoacoara
The original fishing village Préa is considered to be one of the windiest places to kite and therefore one of the best. The wind blows constantly side-onshore, as well as in Tatajuba and Jericoacoara. In addition, the water is so warm with about 28 degrees that you can kite without Neo. Here in Préa, you will find relaxation at the large pool, the chill-out area or by visiting the organic vegetable garden. This will of course also ensure your physical well-being, as the hotel not only has its own restaurant, but also a snack bar on the beach. If you feel like it’s time for a little adventure, we recommend Jeri’s nightlife.
Brazil: Jericoacoara – Kitesurfing in Winter
+ Relaxed atmosphere, far away from mass tourism
+ Legendary downwinder, from Préa to Jeri
+ Very reliable wind conditions
+ Préa is only 15 minutes away
Jericoacoara, sometimes also called Jeri, is the surfer village on the Brazilian coast. If you are looking for a variety of activities and a lot of kite possibilities, you will find what you are looking for here. The place consists almost only of sand and is relatively manageable, but that’s what makes it so charming. Kilometers of sandy beaches with constant side-onshore wind await you. For even more fun you’ll find about five kilometers of downwind finest shallow water in a river mouth. Also, a tour to the nearby towns Tatajuba or Préa is worthwhile in any case.
Egypt: Seahorse Bay – Kitesurfing in Winter

+ Complete packages for beginner, intermediate and advanced
+ Limited availability for more space on the water
+ From bed to board: 20 meters from your room to the spot
+ Holiday destination for single travelers, families, and couples
The Seahorse Bay is the perfect spot for beginners, everyone here has the opportunity to achieve success quickly. This is mainly due to the fact that the shallow water area is very large and the wind is very stable. In addition, there are two entry possibilities so that the kitesurfers don’t get in each other’s way. In addition, the number of students is limited so that everyone gets optimal training and there’s always space on the water. The Red Sea is also known for its fascinating diving areas. But if you’d rather take it easy after kitesurfing, the cozy garden has plenty of room for a campfire or BBQ.
