#1 Kite Roadtrip: Hamburg → Kite Canary Islands → Tarifa → Essaouira → Dakhla

See you soon Hamburg!

04:30 am: Sales team, operations and marketing are still sleeping peacefully in their beds and dreaming of the last kite adventure.

04:33 am: Both KiteWorldWide buses start south.

2 KWW buses, 1 catamaran, 7596km, 5 countries and 8 weeks

Our colleague Martin (on the photo left side), from KiteBoarding Events, is heading directly to Sicily. The bus is packed with the latest kite equipment to conquer what is probably Italy’s largest lagoon in Lo Stagnone by kite.

Our founder Jürgen (on the photo right side), trades his apartment in Hamburg for a few square meters. The KiteWorldWide bus and a comfortable cabin on our catamaran will be his home for the next 8 weeks. The main reason: KITESURFING, too… but above all to make sure that you don’t miss anything in our destinations. Jürgen has therefore hit the road to kill 4 birds (destinations) with one stone on the way from Hamburg down to Dakhla, because personal quality checks are “a matter for the boss”.

The route: From Hamburg a la Van-Lifestyle to Spain, a short sailing trip on the Otto Mezzo, the super comfortable KiteWorldWide catamaran, through the Canary Islands. Back on the bus, via Tarifa to Essaouira and then further south to Dakhla. Always looking for the best spots, the remotest beaches and the best cocktails at the beach bar.

An adventure of a special kind, always following wind and sun. Jürgen will take you on his roadtrip via logbook. Be curious what he will experience in our destinations and look forward to fantastic pictures.

Hang Loose!
