From the van to the plane. Last year I was on the road with my van in Sardinia. Now I'm here again, but a whole new experience is waiting for me: A week kitecruise in the most beautiful bays of Sardinia. Far away from crowded beaches.

Kitesurfing in February

After the typical Christmas stress and the grey January, all we want is summer. However the winter is still here in full force which is not very motivating at all, so how about getting away from it all and heading to the sun for some winter sun kite sessions?

Everybody who can’t wait to get on the water should start packing their stuff and drive to the airport asap. While we still hide underneath scarfs and wooly hats outside, it’s getting warmer in the South of Europe. Just to make sure you can spend spring on the water, we looked up some of our great destinations for kitesurfing in March for you. Slowly, spring is around the corner and the first sunny days with temperatures around 15 degrees and some wind can make the kitesurfer’s mouth begin to drool a little at the prospect of a new season on the water. Kitesurfing in May

In the joyful month of May, life slowly takes place outside again! The weekends will (hopefully) be spent at the coast with BBQ in the evening and the successful kite day will be discussed over beer and sausage. Nevertheless, May is also a good month for a kite trip. Especially the southern European destinations have awakened from their winter sleep and attract with lots of wind and warm temperatures. Those who prefer it exotic should take a look at Sri Lanka or Morocco, both countries where you can kite with a touch of tropical vibe in May.
